Ever since our owner was young, he dreamed of opening a restaurant. He would watch cooking shows, mesmerized by how food could bring so much joy to people's lives. That dream came to fruition in April 2023 with the grand opening of Miku, created by a group of friends who wanted a restaurant that epitomized their passions for the culinary industry.

At Miku, food is not simply a means to exist - it's a form of art, filled with creativity. Our chefs know how to elevate the traditional flavors of Japan, giving nuance to each dish and offering a unique experience to every diner. Our omakase sets are a unique twist to classic nigiri and sashimi, and our Maki offer fresh spins on cult favorite rolls.
